		<description>The problem is that the place where I work has been growing, but we haven&#039;t yet hired any new developers, so I&#039;ve been having less and less free time. Most of my free time lately has been spent developing a PHP programming framework and CMS which will be a nice time saver down the road. We&#039;re supposed to hire one or two new developers soon, so I&#039;m hoping I&#039;ll eventually have a bit more free time to work on Web Devout.

In my experience, the practical standards support differences among Firefox, Opera, and Safari have been pretty insignificant compared to Internet Explorer, so testing IE 8 is a much higher priority for me.</description>
